The room was huge and impeccably clean, with a fantastic shower and a super-comfy bed. The selection of tea and coffee was a nice bonus, and they even provided fresh milk at check-in. Highly recommend!

Spotless and fancy room with coffee maker and a spacious bathroom, as for instance for a such wonderful stay for one night. Great and amazing location - close to the main shopping center and a supermarket. A wide range of places to visit, such as eateries and a stadium close to the hotel.

I loved the spacious and comfy studio room 🌟, and the view of Sky Tower was fine! Just a bit noisy with the AC and some minor damages in the room. A good stay!

The venue is gorgeous and ideal, its location is incredible, close enough to the waterfront, restaurants and the city's attractions and footpath...

Unattentive staff!

I was actually surprised by the modern, spacious studio I had. The staff was friendly and offered helpful local recommendations. I appreciated the clean environment and large, comfortable bed, made for a restful sleep.

Unexpected warmth from the staff

The staff's genuine warmth. We were impressed with the modern design of our studio room and the attention to detail in amenities. The front desk team were really good with local recommendations, we knew all the best spots to visit nearby. The atmosphere was relaxing, with a sense of safety that added to our comfort.

The studio had a solid layout with a Netflix-capable TV, nice for some decent downtime after a long day. There's a generous kitchenette setup for making simple meals or snacks.

When I got to the second room, the TV didn't have Netflix and was tough to navigate. Minor housekeeping oversights also occurred, like a missing coffee-tea-milk supply, quickly resolved but shouldn't have happened. The off-site parking was a bit of a trek. Plus, the heating unit made a racket and wasn't very effective. I ended up with an oil heater that still left the room chilly.

The hotel's location is perfect for exploring, with a generous kitchenette. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. I loved the beautiful view from my room, especially seeing the sun rise over the harbor-it was amazing!

The location is ideal, just a two-minute walk to Spark Arena and surrounded by shops, restaurants, and a supermarket! The studio was spacious and clean, with a comfy bed. Plus, the view of the harbor was a cherry on top!

The lack of a designated drop-off area made arrivals slightly inconvenient, and the off-site parking was a bit of a hassle. Sound from the heating unit was disruptive, affecting the overall comfort .

Spacious room, well-equipped kitchenette, and a clean bathroom provided all the essential amenities we needed , while being conveniently located near a metro station made our exploration of local attractions effortless.
